The Technical Office was founded in 2006 by Ioanna Kydoniati, Civil Engineer MSc of the Technical University of Patras.

The initial activity of the office was studies and supervision of architectural and structural studies for the issuance of building permits.
Today we are active in the whole range of construction works and studies, from the preparation of topographic drawings, architectural and structural studies to the energy efficiency study of buildings and from the foundation to the last decorative detail. We also undertake the complete construction of the projects, as well as the provision of multiple services related to construction.

In each of our projects, the priority is the safety of the building, the functionality and the harmonization with the wishes, needs and financial strength of our client.
